Trading Co-Ordinator
Hours - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week inclusive of a 1 hour unpaid break
Salary - £22,500 - 25,000 per annum

We serve an ever-expanding customer base within the food industry which ranges from traditional organisations through to new companies catering for the latest convenience markets.
Purpose of Job
To support the Buying Team in purchasing, pricing and administrative duties for BAKO Group businesses.
Main Duties
- Knowledge and management of in house systems (training will be given).
- Set up new suppliers & direct suppliers.
- Filling out supplier documentation as required.
- Set up new/existing products for all sites.
- Maintenance of supplier cost price changes.
- Administration and support of invoice discrepancies/anomalies with finance team.
- Set up Promotions on the inhouse system.
- General housekeeping of the group product portfolio.
- Barcode generation for products where necessary.
- Delist/Amend products for all sites.
- Manage any product data amendments as advised by the supplier/buyer.
- Manage National Account Selling prices.
- Investigate low margin sales and challenge / highlight as appropriate.
- Manage customer special pricing highlighting any issues to the field sales rep and relevant buyer.
- Provide any training as and when required.
Health & Safety

- Promptly report any hazards, unsafe practices, incidents, or near misses to your line manager or the Health & Safety team.
- Cooperate with management on all matters relating to health and safety, including attending mandatory training and following issued guidance or instructions.
- Use equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) properly and as instructed to minimise risk.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the identification and control of workplace hazards.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety by actively engaging in health and safety initiatives and suggestions
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisaion skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build good working relationships across the BAKO team.
