Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week including 1 hour unpaid break

Salary - £24,000 per annum

Purpose of Job

The purpose of this role is to forecast stock requirements and place orders with suppliers. Key out orders on system to raise purchase orders. Monitor stock to cover allocations, back orders and warehouse stock levels. Answer calls and emails pertaining to stock queries from suppliers, customers and sales executives. Ensure stock accuracy at all times through good use of stock control methods and systems. Monitor sales, offers and promotions as well as manage quarantine stock.

To manage stock level and value in the warehouse together with any other additional duties, which may be required in the efficiency of the business.

Main Duties

  • Checking Booking in of deliveries.
  • System Maintenance.
  • Controlling & addressing short-dated concerns.
  • Managing Quarantine Stock.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Monitoring Buy-ins and Promotions.
  • Day to day business queries.
  • Any other appropriate and/or relevant duties and responsibilities at the request of your line manager, as required by the business.To adhere to the instruction given by Supervisory Management.
  • Responsibility for Health & Safety of self and others.
  • To ensure compliance with Working Instruction /Quality Procedures.
  • To operate to company rules and requirements at all times.
  • To assist with training of others when required.
  • To carry out temporary cover arrangements as required in any area allocated.
